Hit, Draw, Tap (HDT) is a youth-skills competition where athletes 6-13 years old compete as individuals and perform three different shots – a hit, a draw, and a tap. Non-club members can participate.
- The competition is open to all ages 6-13. There are no specific categories based on gender.
- Non-club members can participate. Bring a friend!
- The category the child competes in is based on the child’s age as of December 31st of the current year (2022).
– 2016, 2015, 2014 …………… Age 6-8
– 2013, 2012 ………………………. Age 9-10
– 2011, 2010, 2009 …………….. Age 11-13 - Participants may be asked to show proof of age at the Provincial Championship.
- All participants must register and sign a waiver at the Club Level of the competition. This waiver form will be used for all levels of competition.
- Participants at the Sport Region Competition must pay $5.00 to the host club before they compete. This is to help offset the cost of the ice for the host club.
- Participants must be present at the scheduled starting time of the competitions in order to compete.
